M2 Talent is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to identify and recruit exceptional engineering and technical product talent for venture-backed clients operating across blockchain, Web3, AI, infrastructure, and other frontier technology markets.
This is a high-trust, full-cycle recruiting role that combines strategic search, market intelligence, and executive partnership to help clients build world-class engineering organizations.
What This Role Owns
- Full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering and product roles
- Global sourcing across North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC
- Executive partnership with founders and hiring managers
- Candidate assessment and relationship management
- Talent market research and pipeline strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting senior software engineers and technical leaders
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to partner with executives and hiring managers
- Experience hiring across competitive engineering markets
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in blockchain, Web3, or AI
- Knowledge of infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or distributed systems
- Familiarity with global compensation and international hiring
- Experience supporting venture-backed startups
