Emanuel is a team builder and operations leader with over 14 years of experience building high-performing teams at some of NYC’s most successful startups and product companies.
He has led hiring across AI/ML engineering, Ads analytics, search & discovery, IoT, and full-stack product engineering teams. Emanuel is driven by a passion for helping hiring managers identify overlooked talent and helping that talent break into competitive technology organizations

Vivek Pathak
Vivek holds a PHD in Computer Science from Rutgers University and over 30 years of Software
Vivek also taught undergraduate and graduate computer science courses with a focus on Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, etc.
Advised students with a focus in the area of Cyber Security and published a few papers and technical reports in this area. Developed open-source software for Byzantine Fault Tolerant Public Key Authentication.

Caleb Matteis
Caleb is a full-stack software engineer operating within large-scale media and publishing ecosystems. He has supported and modernized digital platforms for brands including Rolling Stone, Billboard, Variety, and Deadline.
His experience spans frontend systems, backend architecture, performance optimization, analytics refactoring, and infrastructure coordination.

Andreii has over 15 years of software engineering experience spanning the full stack. His specialties range from DevOps to Front-End, with a specialization in Blockchain for the past 6 years, during which he’s been focused on integrating smart contracts with Ethereum and Solana ecosystems and also building mobile apps on Android/iOS.

Andriy Zhdanov
Experienced software engineer and product specialist with about 25 years in the tech industry.
Creator of the Jira Timesheet Plugin, which was acquired by Tempo Software in 2019, where he continued working as a product specialist until the service agreement ended in December 2023.
Strong background in software development, customer-focused support, and remote team collaboration. Proven track record in delivering high-impact solutions used by enterprise clients worldwide.
