The Head of M2: Learning will lead the development and growth of Measure Twice’s educational offerings. This person will shape curriculum strategy, build learning programs, and create pathways that help engineering leaders and teams accelerate their growth.

Requirements
- Experience designing educational programs or professional training
- Strong understanding of engineering, leadership, or workforce development
- Excellent communication and curriculum design skills
- Ability to build engaging learning experiences for technical audiences
- Experience leading educational initiatives from concept to launch
Nice to Have
- Experience working with engineering organizations
- Background in developer education or technical training
- Familiarity with AI, cloud, or blockchain technologies
- Experience scaling learning communities
